Research Interests: Functional and smart materials; spintronics; ballistic transport; quantized conductance in atomic point contacts; multiferroic materials: magnetic shape memory alloys, magnetostrictive materials, complex correlated systems etc.; interfaces and interactions in multilayered systems; magnetic-based non-destructive evaluation & methods.
